Module 6 – Personal Presentation
When you meet someone, you form an opinion of him or her in as little as 2 seconds.
First impressions are very important – they are based primarily on body language and appearance, but can include attitude as well.
Visual impact is at least as important as verbal impact, people will very quickly make assumptions based on your facial expressions, your hair, and the clothes you wear, how well-groomed you are and your body language.
We can't control what other people think of us, but we can control how we present ourselves.
